I'm driven to bridge theory with tangible impact in technology.
I strive to tackle challenges that blend software, hardware, and
real-world application.
With a recent Master's in Robotics Engineering from UNSW, I specialised in
the control and modelling of robotic systems, including classical control theory
and modern methods including deep Neural Networks and Reinforcement Learning methods.
Over the past five years, my work has spanned from setting a Guinness World Record
and writing my UG thesis with the UNSW Sunswift solar car team to leading workshops
and tutoring engineering students as a teaching assistant. I've contributed to a range of
projects—working as a research assistant on pedestrian detection in LIDAR point clouds,
a technical assistant and startup coach at UNSW's startup incubator, and as an intern at
Eppendorf South Pacific.
In my free time, I enjoy testing the limits of my engineering skills through projects such as
designing and outfitting my 4WD rig for a journey around Australia.
I am experienced in CAD modelling (Solidworks and Fusion 360), FEA analysis (ANSYS), metal fabrication, CAM and CNC machining, electrical prototyping and PCB Design.
Advanced programming skills in C, C++, Python, MATLAB and extensive experience with Arduino. Some experience with Assembly for ATMEL™ proccessors, FPGA programming, web design.
